Entertainment & events
Ticketing, access control, attendee capture and on-site operations for high-attendance events.
01 / The problem
A spreadsheet here, a channel there, a tool nobody owns.
02 / We measure first
Without clean data, everything that comes after is opinion.
03 / We design it whole
Channels, pieces, flows and owners. Approved first, discovered never.
04 / We build it
Weekly deliveries. Every week you see something working.
05 / It runs without hands
It reports what comes in, not what gets seen.
06 / And it is yours
The code, the accounts and the access are in your name from day one.

A system in operation

01/Selected work
02 projectsWe would rather show little and true. Each one was built end to end: strategy, product and infrastructure.

Agencia Hero
We built the management system that gets field operations out of spreadsheets: activations, crews and results on one board, updated while the activation is happening.

Nimbo Producciones
Data engineering for high-attendance events: on-site capture integrated with hardware, validation on the spot, and a clean database when the day ends, not three days later.
02 / Capabilities
We find where the money leaks before writing a single line of code.
Web platforms, mobile apps and the infrastructure underneath them.
Agents and integrations that do the repetitive work around the clock.
Video, motion and 3D made to move a number, not fill a calendar.
Paid media run like an investment, measured by what comes in.
Support and evolution until your own team can run it alone.
AI-native engineering
AI drafts code, tests and documentation at machine speed. Our engineers set the architecture, review every change and sign off each release.
You click through a real version before anything is final.
Speed from the machine. Judgement and accountability from people.
Automated checks run before anything reaches you.
Something new and working in your hands, week after week.
Systems
Not mockups. Software that companies, including our own, run on every day.
Manufacturing ERP
The first industry package on our own ERP core, built for a maker of teas and functional powders. Every batch traced from raw material to shipment.

Laundry operating system
Runs a seven-location laundry chain every day, ours. Front desk, cash shifts, pricing per branch, thermal receipts and customer follow-up.

Cashless festival platform
Wallet, point of sale and Colombian electronic invoicing accepted by the tax authority, plus single-use QR ticketing for the festival concert.

Ticketing platform
Our own multi-organizer ticketing platform. Sales, organizer dashboards and tickets that cannot be forged or used twice.

03/Where we work
We do not start from zero every time. In these businesses we know the operation, the bottlenecks and what usually breaks.
Ticketing, access control, attendee capture and on-site operations for high-attendance events.
Online stores, point of sale, e-invoicing and inventory connected to the actual operation.
Scheduling, medical records, automatic reminders and follow-up for patients or clients.
Management platforms for field operations, activations and street crews with live reporting.
Inventory, contracts and portfolio management, plus lead portals with the full commercial journey.
Custom management systems for when off-the-shelf software does not fit how the company actually works.
04/Method
We audit what already exists and set up measurement before touching anything. Without clean data, everything else is opinion.
We design the whole system on paper: channels, pieces, flows and owners. It gets approved before it gets built.
Engineering, automation and production move in parallel, with weekly deliveries instead of one big launch at the end.
What was built gets measured, tuned and documented. The goal is for the internal team to hold it up without us.
Half engineers, half strategists.
05/The studio
Scroll
Most agencies hand over pieces: a campaign, a site, a video. We hand over the infrastructure that connects them and keeps them running when nobody is watching.
We work with few companies at a time. We would rather go deep into one business than spread ourselves across ten.
06/How we work together
None of them bills blind hours. Before we start you know what gets delivered, when, and for how much.
To build something specific
Defined scope, fixed price and a delivery date. Paid by milestone, not fully upfront.
To keep moving without stopping
A fixed amount of work each month on a priority you set. Pausable with notice, no lock-in.
To scale together
A lower base plus a variable share tied to agreed results. We only propose it when the impact can really be measured.
07/What it is like
We would rather go deep into one business than spread ourselves across ten. If we have no capacity, we say so.
There is no big launch at the end. Every week you see something working and decide whether the direction is right.
A direct working group with the team that builds. No account manager translating in the middle.
The code, the accounts and the access are in your name from day one. Nothing is held hostage.
08/Stance
We automate almost everything that repeats. But automation without judgement just makes mistakes faster. These are the rules we work by.
Automating a broken process just breaks it faster.
If a system decides on its own, it has to leave a trail of why it decided that.
A clear rule is usually cheaper, faster and easier to defend to the client.
The machine executes. The decision of what to build stays human.
Presence
One team across three countries, close to the clients we work with throughout the Americas.
09/Contact
Message us and we will set up a diagnostic call. If we are not the right team, we will say so on that first call.
